BACKGROUND
The Distress Centre provides Calgarians with support over phone, text and chat. Each year, we develop their annual report to not only show their successes and financials, but to act as a tool they can use in fund development.
THE SOLUTION
For the 2016 report to community we developed a digital experience (that could be updated each year), supported by a print piece that worked around the insight your help sets our callers down a different path.
THE OUTCOME
An experience was built around the before and after of when someone would have gotten in touch with the Distress Centre. It spurred an online social campaign that provided them with donations from an anonymous donor.
